The annual membership fee of the Italian Epidemiological Association (AIE) is compulsory in order to participate in the meeting.
The total fee includes:

-The registration to the EUROEPI 2010 Congress:
- Access to all scientific sessions and exhibition area
- CME credits
- Congress folder including programme and abstract book
- Participation to the XXXIV National Congress of the Italian Epidemiological Association (AIE) on 9 November, 2010
- Coffee ticket and light lunches on 7, 8 and 9 November
- Participation to the Opening Ceremony on 6 November, 2010
- Participation to the Concert on 7 November, 2010 - The Annual membership fee (€ 90,00 for Under 40 and € 150,00 the other) to the Italian Epidemiological Association (AIE) including one year subscription to the on-line journal Epidemiologia & Prevenzione.
NATIONAL CONGRESS AIE – 8 - 9 November 2010
The National Congress AIE will be held during the EUROEPI2010 in the same congress premises.

All payments regarding registration fees, hotel accommodation and excursions should be forwarded:

Registrations and hotel accommodation booking can be considered valid only after having received the payment. Forms without proof of payment will not be processed.
Cancellations
Any changes or cancellation regarding registration fees, hotel accommodation or tours should be made in writing to OIC srl (Fax +39 055 5035230, registration@euroepi2010.org).
In case of cancellation received:
- Before 30 July 2010
The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 30% as penalty charge - Between 31 July to 20 September 2010
The paid amount will be refunded wit a deduction of 50% as penalty charge - After 20 September 2010
No refund will be allowed for cancellations or no-shows
All changes will be charged a handling fee of € 30,00 (VAT including)
Refunds will be processed after the congress
